Terms and Conditions

  • DOTS is an exclusive Loyalty Program to provide a board gaming experience to every DOTS customer.
  • Customers can register for membership through the DOTS App on iOS / Android devices.
  • Customers are required to verify the email used during registration.
  • DOTS accounts and its privileges are non-transferable to others.
  • Fraudulent activities or illegal/prohibited activities may result in the termination of the participant’s membership program. We might deactivate the member account if detected to commit fraud
  • Customers are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their respective accounts and passwords. DOTS will not be responsible for any losses or problems arising from account misuse.
  • By registering on DOTS, each member is deemed to have read, understood, agreed, and is bound by the terms and conditions that apply in DOTS.
  • By participating in the DOTS Loyalty Program, each member is deemed to agree and allow DOTS to communicate in all forms of information or promotions to members via push notifications, Whatsapp, emails, letters, text messages, and telephones as needed. DOTS will maintain and keep the confidentiality of member data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • DOTS maintains the right to amend, change or substitute the terms & conditions related to Loyalty Program Membership from time to time without prior notice.
  • DOTS reserves the right to clarify member’s ID, terminate, discontinue or cancel the Loyalty Program Membership at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • For every entry to DOTS merchant’s outlets, members and their guests must follow the respective outlet’s entrance policy.
  • DOTS reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason.
  • DOTS reserves the right at its sole discretion to blacklist any member who is considered breaking the code of conduct, code of ethics and rules of laws in terms of use and privacy policy and DOTS shall disclaim or refuse or deny any legal dispute or consequences arising from such blacklisting of the member.
